Vick Kennedy recently worked with us during the construction of our new home. We asked Vick to be a part of the entire construction process, from supervising the pouring of the foundation to final inspection and all phases in between. Vick is a true professional and his knowledge of home construction is extensive. He is extremely thorough and detailed in his work. He provides detailed reports including photographs at every phase of construction to us and the builder, and includes suggestions on how to remedy any issues that would ensure solid, correct home construction. Vick was also willing to consult on and provide solutions for any issues that arose during construction that the builder did not anticipate, including best placement of the fireplace, how to re-run the a/c duct work to our satisfaction and the builder's, as well as the best type of fireplace to use and the safest, most efficient way to run the chimney flue that would not obstruct the rooms and walls on the second floor. He is able to interface with the customer as well as the builder in a seamless manner to help ensure the construction process is a smooth one.
We truly cannot say enough about Vick's services, work ethic, ability, and knowledge. This is the fourth home Vick has inspected for us, and we would not hesitate to use his services again.
